The California Department of Health Care Services, in partnership with The Center at Sierra Health Foundation, announces the following RFA to solicit applications for Tribal and Urban Indian Community-Defined Best Practices. The Center is hosting office hours to answer questions regarding the open funding opportunities.
Held every fourth Monday. The purpose of this one-hour web training is to provide physicians, nurses, and other health care providers an opportunity to 1) learn about medications for addiction treatment (MAT) as well as evidence-based practices in treating patients with OUD and 2) participate in case-based learning focused on medication-assisted treatment.
Held every fourth Tuesday. This is a follow-up Q&A session to the Provider Support Initiative webinar each month. This is a space to ask questions and gain additional insight on emerging topics.
Held every last Tuesday. H&SS SORIV Open Office Hours. This event is for Subcontractors of the SOR IV H&SS grant only.
Held every second Tuesday. The objective of this webinar series is to elevate evidence based clinical practices to prescribe buprenorphine for opioid use disorder and address management of complex patients with co-occurring disorders, co-morbidities, and/or co-occurring substance use.
