Emergency Medical Services Buprenorphine Use Pilot Program
The Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) is releasing a second Request for Applications (RFA) to solicit applications from eligible Emergency Medical Agencies to participate in the Emergency Medical Services Buprenorphine Use Pilot Program (EMSBUP).
Funding opportunities: Opioid and Stimulant Use Disorder Prevention, Education and Outreach for BIPOC and 2S/LGBTQIA+ Communities
Applications are due May 5, 2025, at 1 p.m. Pacific Standard Time (PST). The California Department of Health Care Services, in partnership with The Center at Sierra Health Foundation, announces two separate funding opportunities: Opioid and Stimulant Use Disorder Prevention and Education for Communities of Color, and the Opioid and Stimulant Use Education and Outreach in 2S/LGBTQIA + Communities. Both opportunities offer 24-month contracts for up to $400,000.00.
