This three-part highly interactive learning series, Implementing Evidence-Based Practices in Behavioral Health, introduces key steps to implement an evidence-based model of care and applies the concepts and skills learned to the implementation of SOR projects. Each session will incorporate a provider presentation of the evidence-based practice that they are implementing followed by a peer consultation.
This session’s presentation topic is Measuring the impact of an evidence-based practice implementation. We will review the types of measures and desired outcomes of an EBP, quality improvement processes, and steps to identify and mitigate disparities.
